This theme makes DocApps look like DockApps in sawmill.
You need to edit the matched windows properties to set the border style to DockApp for the dock apps you use.
You can have something like "^wm*" as the window Name matching most of the DockApps out there, then make them sticky if you wish, and depth 5 or more if you want them to be always on top. And select them to use DockMill -style.
