Three maximization functions: vertical, horizontal, both.
Description[]
Installation: Put the file into ~/.sawfish/lisp/friedel and (require 'friedel.fullmax) in your ~/.sawfishrc
Afterwards bind a keystroke to (maximize-full-toggle).
